Supporting technology can be extremely stressful and taxing. We balance this out with regular outings/events and we even have a stress-o-meter built into our staff meetings. It is not uncommon for us to take a trip to the local bowling alley or spend a few hours grilling outside the office and throwing bags. Life is too short and it is important to blow off some steam in our industry!
